When using https://github.com/cloudposse/terraform-aws-eks-cluster and https://github.com/cloudposse/terraform-eks-node-group together... I'm assuming have to upgrade the cluster before the node group going from one version to the next but is there an easy resource to use a depends_on to ensure the order?
