I have a boolean env that I would like to check with installedTemplates:
when true I can check with :
installedTemplate: '{{ and (eq .Environment.Name "dev" "qa") `{{ .Values.app.use_host }}` }}'

how can I negate the {{ .Values.app.use_host }} check ?
