Hi guys - Am I right in thinking only the Admin of a subscription can assign roles to a service principal?

As a contributor I seem to be able to create one, but cannot assign ACR pull access to it.

Sorry, one more from me - Is it possible to write custom node (not pod) autoscalers for AKS?
