@Andriy Knysh (Cloud Posse) this refactors our documentation and adds all the missing docs fo all sections of stack and atmos config. It also adds migration guides to use atmos with existing terraform.

@Andriy Knysh (Cloud Posse) this is risky one, as it refactors all terraform handling to be explicit rather than implicit. It routes everything through the command registry and flag handler system for strict validation. This is setting us up for follow up PRs that will tackle the just in time vendoring, provider caching, concurrent terraform executions and a lot more. https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/1813

@Andriy Knysh (Cloud Posse) this implements the source provisioning. I opted against calling it metadata.source and instead using just source
https://github.com/cloudposse/atmos/pull/1877
tests are only at 61%, if you can help increase test coverage and validate. This addresses the longest standing request for just in time vendoring.

Did the --auto-generate-backend-file move in Atmos 1.202.0? Starting to see some failed Spacelift admin stacks that look like in our GitHub Actions:
+ atmos terraform workspace admin-stack --stack=org-root-gbl-spacelift --auto-generate-backend-file=false

# Incorrect Usage

**Error:** unknown flag --auto-generate-backend-file for command atmos terraform
workspace

@Andriy Knysh (Cloud Posse) this introduces a roadmap and a new requirement that minor/major PRs are associated with it.
